They are professional, flexible, and punctual and always do an impressive job, considering I have two kids and a cat. I have allergies and their deep cleaning -mopping, vacuuming, etc. -keeps my asthma under control. The owner is very nice and promptly responds to messages. She has on more than one occasion, worked hard to accommodate an emergency change or need in the cleaning schedule and has always been professional. We began with monthly cleanings and now have them come weekly because it is worth it for us.

Maisa and her team recently started providing cleaning services for us for an Airbnb rental, a big increase in work and coordination from the twice monthly housekeeping they were doing for us previously. The schedule can be a bit erratic but Maisa is flexible, communicative, and responsive to feedback. We’ve gotten many positive reviews about the cleanliness of the apartment. Maisa has also helped us out by letting us know when anything needs attention in the apartment, such as a sink that wasn’t draining well. I strongly recommend Fab cleaning.

Maisa and her team do an amazing job! Since i started using Fabs back in January, I have been very happy. Originally we were doing once a month but we changed to once every two weeks because I love having my home spotless (and it can be hard to keep up when my dog's shedding). I have used Fab cleaners for six years and they are the best. I have a large home with three floors, twelve rooms, four baths and 79 windows. My house is always spotless when they leave. They have never not come when they were supposed to and they are flexible if I have to make a change. They do everything they are asked to do and never complain when I have had a lot of company and there are many beds to change and lots of cleaning to do. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Maisa responded to my request within about an hour and set up a time to come see my place within 24 hours in order to give me a quote. Within a week I had an appointment for their services. The appointment was confirmed the day before with no issues. When I came home after the cleaning was completed, I couldn't believe it was the same condo. The place was spotless. They not only cleaned the usual floors, bathrooms, etc - but they went the extra mile and scrubbed doorknobs and toothbrush holders and base boards. 100% recommend Maisa and her team!

Fab's is Fabulous! My first contact was with Maisa. She was so punctual and responsive. Very flexible with my schedule. She came to my house to access the property for a bi-weekly cleaning. My wife was nervous about having someone we don't know in the house, but not after meeting Maisa! She was very professional and friendly, and told us all the little details that her team would perform. This was a very comfortable situation.First cleaning - Great! It was so nice to come home to a clean house! Everything was done to perfection. They even changed the sheets on the beds! On ours, they vacuumed all of the dog hair off of the comforter! I don't even do that! All we provide is a roll of paper towels. They provide all of the green cleaners! Isn't that nice? And they take the trash out when the are finished. Needless to say, we have signed on for their regular service. I don't think we could have been happier with this experience! Thank you Maisa and your team!

Maisa and Adriana are wonderful! They very promptly responded to my initial request for a price quote and came out to our house to meet us and do a quote right away. They were flexible when I needed to reschedule. After the walk-through they emailed me with a quote right away and it was very fair ($170 for the initial cleaning (2-3hrs), then $140 for each cleaning monthly. They were able to schedule the initial cleaning right away even though it was a busy time of year (right after the holidays). They did an AMAZING job! cleaned everything! things I didnt even know needed cleaning. got grime out of our shower that I had tried on my own with multiple types of products! I was so happy and impressed!!!! They folded blankets, tidied up a bit. All we had to do was leave a key for them, leave a check on the counter, and leave a trash bag and paper towels. They brought all the cleaning supplies and tools. We are SO thrilled with their work we will definitely use them from now on!

Great Experience. The team of workers at FABS is great. They are pleasant and work very hard. They were detail oriented and we are extremely happy with the results. We were so impressed by their thoroughness that we hired them to clean our school full time.
